After waiting a year for a previously purchased appliance with no ETA we called DeWhitt and had a great experience from the first call with Nick. Nick didn’t have exactly what we were looking for but called a day or two later with the exact appliance. He took great care of us, explained every step of the process and overall was really wonderful. Jake and the delivery team were great too, very communicative and even early! Thank you to Nick and the DeWhitt team, we will be back in the future!

I had done my research, and knew the make and model of the stove and dishwasher I needed to replace my old ones. As I had done many times in the past, I went to my usual big box home improvement store to place my order. I was thrilled when there was actually a sales person to help me! After we went completely thru the order process, he informed me that they could not install the dishwasher, because of no air gap. Bottom line, they had no way to get around the problem, so I cancelled the $1100 order. After more research, I found DeWhitt, and they were even open on July 4th! They stated no problem with the installs of both appliances, had the items ordered, and the bill paid, within a matter of minutes. All at about the same price as that orange place. However, they said it would be early September before they would arrive, and be scheduled for install. That wasn't a problem for me, so I agreed. But, both items came in sooner, and they were delivered, installed quickly, and the old pieces hauled away with absolutely no problems, all a month ahead of schedule. What a relief. Guess where I'm going the next time I need a major appliance. All needs met, all promises kept, professional all the way. Thank you DeWhitt!

We worked with CJ, who helped us with a new refrigerator purchase. He was very nice, professional, and super attentive to our needs. He asked all the right questions, was not pushy with sales in any way, and was working hard to make sure we got the right appliance. He had a good attitude and great disposition. When the refrigerator was delivered, installed, and the old one taken away, the gentlemen who took care of us did a wonderful job and were very pleasant to have around. Good guys who understand the needs of folks who need a new appliance installed quickly. Oh yeah, and the fee for all of that was only $69! Some other places wanted at least double that. We will definitely consider DeWhitt's the next time we need an appliance. Thanks for making our refrigerator purchase and installation experience a good one!

Overall great experience. I bought a stove from here and had excellent customer service, delivery crew was nice and quick. It came earlier than expected as well so that’s always nice! Will come back here for future appliance needs

Highly recommend DeWhitt! Kelley went above and beyond to help us find a washer that was quality and still in our price range. He was super patient, even with our indecisiveness. I appreciate all the help we received and really sound advice. It gave us peace of mind to know that the appliances they carry have parts here in the U.S. and they even carry some appliances Made in the USA! Great local business and would highly recommend them.

DeWhitt really came through for me, so I'm glad I was able to support this local business. My refrigerator and freezer died during a heat wave, and I was making daily trips for bagged ice in an attempt to keep any food and drinks cold for any length of time. On my first call to the store, Brian spent a long time on the phone with me going over all the options of a new unit that would fit my space, and arranged to have something delivered and installed within 2 days. In the meantime, I had called several other local companies and two big box stores, and could not get any clear information on product features or delivery times by phone, and earliest delivery was weeks later than DeWhitt. Richard took over to help answer questions when Brian was off to get me just the right product. The delivery team was very helpful, and had it up and running in no time and showed me how to use the features, and even unwrapped and adjusted the shelving to ensure it would be set up just right. DeWhitt worked quickly to get me an essential appliance that was perfect for my space, and also had no surprise add-on charges for hauling the old unit, delivery or installation that other companies tacked on to the same sales price. I appreciated their team work and going the extra mile for a potential customer calling wanting a rush phone purchase and delivery with very specific preferences!

Have not thought about appliances for 20 years. Now we're doing a kitchen update and have to choose several appliances at once. So many options, so many things to think about. Nick Clark answered all our questions, looked up the information if he was not completely positive. He led us thru pros and cons of several models and packages, listened to our needs, offered better alternates. We are very confident that we will be purchasing quality equipment to serve us for years to come.

I’ve made two purchases through Dewhitt so far, and both have worked out great. I bought a Speed Queen washer and dryer set through Kelly, which I absolutely love, and later purchased a KitchenAid dishwasher based on Glenn’s recommendation. Although I did experience an issue with the brand-new dishwasher not drying dishes properly, Dewhitt went above and beyond to make things right. They coordinated with KitchenAid and replaced the entire unit under warranty, handling the installation at no cost to me. While I wasn’t impressed with their service partner, Appliance Hospital, I really appreciate Dewhitt’s commitment to standing behind their products and ensuring I ended up with a working appliance in the end. I’ll definitely continue shopping with them in the future.
